1.2  Any reference to payments applies only where services are invoiced separately and not through an automated website checkout. 

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Service Cancellation by Client 

Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email. 

2.2 Cancellation requests will be evaluated based on: 

  • Stage of service delivery 
  • Resources already deployed 
  • Time already spent on the assignment 

2.3 Once service execution has commenced, cancellation may not be permitted or may attract cancellation charges.

If approved, refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to the original mode of payment. 

4. No Website Payments Disclaimer

4.1 This website does not process payments directly through any payment gateway. 

4.2 Any payment made to the Company is done through off-website invoicing, bank transfer, or authorized payment links, as mutually agreed.
